TRAVEL
& ACCOMMODATION
Delegates are responsible for the arrangement and payment of their own travel and
accommodation. IIR has arranged a special room rate at a number of hotels. If
you wish to book a room please call Venue Search on +44 (0)181 546 6166
stating you are a IIR delegate.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I
HAVE TO CANCEL?
You have several options:
- Send a substitute in your
place
- Cancellations must be made in
writing and are subject to a service charge. If received before 1st June 1998, 10% +
VAT. If receive between this date and 18th June 1998, 50% + VAT. Thereafter
no refunds will be made. A substitute delegate may attend in your place at no extra charge
- Purchase a set of conference
documentation and audio tapes - a lasting information resource for you and your
colleagues. See below for details
DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is gathered in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984. Your
details may be passed to other companies who wish to communicate with you offers related
to your business activities. If you do not wish to receive these offers, please
write to the Database Manager at IIR.
 Please notify IIR at least one month before the conference
date if your have any additional requirements e.g. wheelchair access, large print, etc.

AUDIO CASSETTES
A limited number of additional sets of DOCUMENTATION & AUDIO TAPES will be available
after the conference. Simply tick the relevant boxes on the left and fax to +44 (0)
